Michael
Lazarus has a general domestic and international commercial
litigation and arbitration practice, with a particular emphasis
on information technology and telecoms and banking and finance.

Domestic
and international commercial litigation and arbitration, including
in particular: banking and finance including bills of exchange,
documentary credits, guarantees and similar instruments, asset
finance, commercial and sovereign loans and other capital
raising transactions; telecommunications and information technology
supply, development, outsourcing and licensing; share and
asset sale transactions especially misrepresentation/breach
of warranty claims; commercial fraud; sale and supply of goods
and services; financial services including group misselling
claims; professional negligence; breach of confidence; joint
ventures. He has appeared in cases in the Privy Council in
a number of fields including commercial law, constitutional
law, land law and taxation. Michael is listed as a leading
junior in the Legal 500 for information technology, commercial
litigation and banking and finance and in Chambers Directory
for information technology, telecoms, commercial litigation
and banking and finance.
