Ewan McKendrick is currently Professor of English Private Law
at the University of Oxford. He undertakes advisory work on
general commercial matters, particularly in the fields of contract
law, restitution and professional negligence. He is an editor
of Chitty on Contracts, general editor of Lloyd's Commercial
Law Library and has written extensively in the fields of contract
law, the law of restitution and commercial law.
