November 2001: 1 day mediation as assistant to Roger Tabakin (CEDR) - settlement of dispute as to the incidence of VAT as between 2 major commercial partners

July 2001: 1 day mediation as assistant to Tony Willis (CEDR) - settlement of insurance dispute with sports background

December 1999: 1 day mediation as assistant to John Hine (Slaughter & May) - settlement of solicitors' professional negligence claim two weeks after mediation session

October 1999: 1 day mediation as assistant to Stephen Ruttle QC (Brick Court Chambers) - successful settlement of shipping dispute

July 1999: 2 day mediation as assistant to David Richbell (CEDR) - successful settlement of engineering dispute in connection with North Sea gas platform
