William Edwards specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory work. He is regularly instructed as sole advocate or as a junior in trials, applications and appeals.
His practice is divided between general commercial, banking and financial services, insolvency, commercial fraud and professional negligence. A substantial part of his practice is multi-jurisdictional and has an international or conflict of laws dimension.
He was described by the Times newspaper in 2007 as a "future star of the bar" and Chambers and Partners says "The 'resilience and conscientiousness' shown by William Edwards win him many supporters".
