Tom Weitzman has a general commercial practice specialising in insurance and reinsurance work. He also does a substantial amount of professional negligence work. In recent years his practice has also included some pensions and product liability work. He has experience of both commercial arbitration and ADR.

His recent work has included acting for insurer and broker participants in the Film Finance Insurance litigation, for various of the participants in the PA spiral and for brokers in relation to claims arising out of the decision in BP plc v GE Frankona Re [2003] 1 Lloyd's Rep 537.
