Richard's practice is in line with chambers' profile. He specialises in commercial disputes and has particular experience in the fields of general commercial law, commercial fraud, banking law, financial services regulation and insolvency. He regularly appears as a sole advocate in the High Court and County Court, as well as part of a counsel team. Richard is frequently instructed to act for banks, in addition to a range of other clients.
