James Evans is an experienced practitioner advising and acting as counsel in commercial High Court litigation and in domestic and international arbitration. Areas of expertise include banking and finance, fraud, cross-border asset tracing and recovery and all aspects of arbitration.
He also acts as arbitrator. Recent arbitral appointments include acting as sole arbitrator in an ICC arbitration concerning a significant investment in a Dubai company and as party-appointed arbitrator in international disputes governed by LCIA and ICC rules.
