David Head is an experienced advocate with a wide-ranging commercial practice. He is recognised by the UK legal directories as one of London's leading junior barristers in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, civil and commercial fraud, professional negligence, and banking and finance.Comments include:

In recent years he has been instructed (both as sole advocate and as part of a larger team) in a number of high-profile cases, including the BCCI employee group litigation (2001-2008), the Attorney-General of Zambia v Meer Care fraud litigation (2006-8), a £600m commercial claim in ALS v Honeywell (2008), and a £90m fraud and breach of warranty claim in SITA v Serruys (2010). He is currently instructed in the Kyrgyz Mobil Tel v BITEL fraud litigation in the Isle of Man. He continues to appear in and advise on cases of all sizes, working closely with solicitors and other professionals to find practical solutions to clients' legal problems.
