Cyril Kinsky QCCyril came to the Bar in his mid-thirties, having spent 10 years as a director in the theatre. He now has a commercial practice across a wide field. He has extensive experience of professional negligence claims (particularly those involving accountants and solicitors which have a commercial background) and of commercial litigation generally. He is ranked as a ‘new silk' in the Professional Negligence section of the Legal 500 and in both the Commercial Dispute Resolution and the Professional Negligence sections of Chambers directory. He has substantial experience of arbitration.

Cyril is a veteran of several high profile commercial trials. He was senior junior in The Lawyer's Litigation Team of the Year 2006 acting for Ernst & Young in the £2.6 billion audit negligence claim brought by Equitable Life, as well as acting for Price Waterhouse in Elton John's claim against the firm.

Cyril moved to 3VB from Brick Court Chambers in 2003.
