• Represented her successful client bank in the Innovatorone litigation identified in The Lawyer's top twenty trials of 2011 applying to strike out where all claims were dropped with costs.
• Represented her successful client building society in the Court of Appeal in the definitive McGuiness case concerning guarantees and insolvency petitions and:-
• Represented her successful client firm in a 2 week trial exonerating them of unfounded M&A negligence claims.
  
  Her clients include major clearers, insurers, building societies, leading professional firms of solicitors, accountants, construction groups, and range from FTSE listed companies, foreign governments and charities through to individuals. She came to the bar from having worked in China for three years and in banking in the City.
  
  Angharad's practice includes general commercial litigation, wide-ranging professional indemnity work (law, accountancy, financial services, insolvency, and construction), insurance, corporate and personal insolvency, company law (incl. disqual), banking and financial services, POCA, restraint of trade and breach of confidence, property (including landlord and tenant) and more traditional chancery.
